By downloading, installing, or using Card World ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Card World is a multi-game card game platform available on iOS and Android, currently offering Gin Rummy and Rummy 500. The App offers both free and premium features through a subscription called "Gold Membership." Additional card games may be added in the future.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 years old if you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom) to create an account and use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account or use another person's account without permission. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
The App includes virtual currency ("Gems") earned through gameplay or rewarded video ads, and available for purchase as consumable in-app purchases. Gems have no real-world monetary value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable.

The App allows you to send chat messages to other players. By sending a message, you grant Appa11y a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, display, and transmit that content as necessary to operate the chat feature. We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove chat messages that violate these Terms or our community standards. You may report inappropriate messages using the in-app reporting feature.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or for any other reason with notice. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen in the App. Upon account deletion:
All content in the App — including graphics, audio, text, and code — is owned by or licensed to Appa11y and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App's content without our written permission.
The App relies on third-party services including Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Firebase, AdMob, RevenueCat, Branch.io, and Expo. Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and policies of these services. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
Apple Inc. and Google LLC are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as they relate to your use of the App on their respective platforms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple and Google will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as third-party beneficiaries.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appa11y shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Appa11y and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of your country of residence.
If you have a dispute with us, you agree to first contact us at support@appa11y.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you and Appa11y agree to resolve any remaining dispute through binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and not as a class, representative, or consolidated action. You and Appa11y each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action. This clause does not apply where prohibited by law, including for consumers in the European Union.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
